2. User Accounts
Users may create an account to manage orders and downloads.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse or fraudulent activity.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders are processed in U.S. Dollars through secure payment gateways.
Physical products (such as books) are produced on demand.
Production time typically ranges between several business days, after which items are shipped.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.
Digital downloads are delivered automatically by email or through your account page.
All prices and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Returns and Refunds
Damaged, defective, or misprinted books
If your order arrives damaged or with significant printing defects, you may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Claims must be submitted by email to support@kbosher.com and should include:
- Order number and title(s) affected
- Preferred resolution (replacement / credit)
- Shipping address (confirm original or new)
- Description of the issue and supporting photos (JPG, GIF, PNG ≤ 10 MB)
Please allow 7–10 business days for a response.
To expedite processing, include the batch number printed on the last page of the book.
Minor manufacturing variations (non-refundable)
The following variations may occur during standard print production and are not eligible for replacement or refund:
- Minor cover scratches
- Lamination smudges (removable with a cloth)
- Small dents or ink spots
- Slightly folded pages or lamination creases
- Scored hinges or gutter read marks
Lost or undelivered shipments
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe:
- You may request a replacement or refund.
- We may require confirmation that the order has not been delivered to the address provided.
- Replacements will be shipped to the original address unless otherwise requested.
Digital and free materials
- Digital products: Non-refundable.
- Free materials: Provided “as is,” without warranty or guarantee of continued availability.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, handling charges, or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and, if charged, must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Shipments refused due to unpaid import fees may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Newsletter and Communications
By subscribing to the newsletter (either directly or during checkout), you agree to receive occasional updates and news.
Each message includes an unsubscribe link so you can opt out at any time.
After completing an order, we may also send you a one-time request to review your purchase. This message is considered part of the order process and not a marketing email. You may unsubscribe from review invitations at any time by using the link provided in the message.
7. Reviews
Only verified customers can post reviews.
We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that contain offensive language or misleading information.

All website content, including text, illustrations, images, and downloadable materials, is the property of K B Osher or its respective copyright holders.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any materials without written permission.
Free activity downloads are for personal and educational use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and uninterrupted access.
However, we are not liable for temporary unavailability, technical issues, or indirect damages resulting from the use of this site.
Our total liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Missouri courts.
